Please try the following steps to fix the webex issue.


1. Download WebEx uninstaller (https://help.webex.com/docs/DOC-2672#jive_content_id_WDL_InstallerUninstaller) and install it.
2. Run the tool - "Meeting services removal tool" to remove everything related to WebEx from the laptop/Desktop
3. Restart the laptop/PC.
4. Join/Re-join the session using the link received in the email or Reinstall the WebEx by using the below mentioned link.

Select the "Support" option on the bottom left hand side.
Select "Downloads"
Select the respective link for your operating system & download the installer for your operating system
